FROM GOOD TO BETTER… (From ring to earrings)
Can you transform an old piece of jewelry into something else? If it no longer suits our taste or how we use it, why not? Is leaving it in the darkness of a drawer really better?
It’s not just about trends. The jewelry we wear reflects our personality, which fortunately changes and evolves over the years along with our lives. So why not transform a piece that no longer reflects who we are into something more suited to us?
In this case, a very classic ring in Gold with marquise-cut Rubies and a central Diamond became a pair of earrings, equally classic but more frequently worn by the owner. The central diamond was set into another ring belonging to the same person, in Silver and Gold, which gained an even more distinctive charm than it already had. The earrings were instead illuminated at the center of the flower with a pure Silver nugget.
